Q: Do you sell your toothpicks in bulk or without the plastic bag?
A: Yes we do make exceptions and are happy to discuss opportunities.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items are exchangeable if found to be defective and sent back with original product packaging. For higher priced items you must notify us within 7 business days so we can file shipping insurance claim with carrier and we will ship new item once received damaged item back. We Do Not Refund Shipping Costs.
Q: What happens to lost packages?
A: For lost packages we will track and if deemed lost or problem with Carrier we will immediately ship a new order for free.

A: You will be sent an email with a link for tracking. Once we have processed you will be able to track package thru carrier's website.
