Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items are exchangeable if found to be defective and sent back with original product packaging and unopened.
Q: What happens to lost packages?
A: For lost packages we will track and if deemed lost or problem with Carrier we will immediately ship a new order for free.
For higher priced items you must notify us within 7 business days so we can file shipping insurance claim with carrier and we will ship new item once received damaged item back.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Due to Covid-19 there are no cancellations or refunds unless deemed by management.
